There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Stutes moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 307(JUD) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There was objection. CSHB 307(JUD) will advance to third reading on the February 28 calendar.
